About the Illustrator
Liza-Beth Valkema was born in 1975 in the Netherlands and studied at the University of Groningen, Netherlands and at the School of Fine Arts in Oslo, Norway. She worked two years at the KunstVerket Galleri, a famous gallery in Oslo, as a consultant and then became a freelance illustrator. She lives in the South Walstraat Elburg, Netherlands with her family.

Jolanda Dijkmeijer was born in 1958 in Amersfoort, Netherlands. She is a published children’s book author, inspired by her children and grandchildren. Her hobbies include playing violin, crafts, and gardening.
