Credit card orders (MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express) may be placed using our toll-free order line (800-358-3111, weekdays 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Eastern Standard time), or by sending a completed order form via fax at 978-531-8146, 24 hours a day. To order via e-mail, contact orders@hendrickson.com. Your credit card will not be charged until your order actually ships.
By Mail:Send the completed order form along with your check, money order, or credit card information to Hendrickson Publishers, P.O. Box 3473, Peabody, MA 01961-3473. Payment must accompany your order. Overseas customers paying by check must pay in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
Shipping and Handling: Orders must be pre-paid by check, money order, or credit card. Please include $3.00 for the first title and $.50 for each additional title. We usually ship orders within two business days of when they are received.
Backorders:
Even though wehave an excellent 'in stock' average, occasionally a title will temporarily be out of stock. If we cannot immediately ship a title, we will inform you of the delay and give you the option of waiting for it or requesting that we cancel/refund that part of your order.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If your books are damaged in shipment, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly make it right and refund you for the return postage. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any title for a full refund. It is important for you to enclose a copy of your order and a note explaining what you want to do (replace a damaged title, issue a credit/refund for a title you do not want, etc.)
