Professional Discount Policy

Qualified professors and teachers may purchase up to two copies each of Hendrickson Publishers books for professional and/or personal use at a discount of 40% off the suggested list price, plus shipping. This discount is also regularly extended to the members of most academic societies (AAR, SBL, ETS, etc.)

Orders must be pre-paid by check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, American Express) and may be placed by phone at 800-358-3111, email at orders@hendrickson.com, fax, or mail at the address below. Overseas customers paying by check must pay in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank

Backorders:

Even though we have an excellent 'in stock' average, occasionally a title will temporarily be out of stock. If we cannot immediately ship a title, we will inform you of the delay and give you the option of waiting for it or requesting that we cancel/refund that part of your order.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

If your books are damaged in shipment, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly make it right and refund you for the return postage. If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any title for a full refund. It is important for you to enclose a copy of your order and a note explaining what you want to do (replace a damaged title, issue a credit/refund for a title you do not want, etc.)
